Our master bedroom is a serene retreat inspired by the timeless elegance of scandinavian design. Clean lines, natural materials, and a minimalist aesthetic define this space. Soft neutrals dominate the room—creamy whites, warm grays, and gentle beige carpentry laminates. To enhance the bedroom’s functionality, we decided to install wall lights. These sconces cast a gentle glow, creating an intimate atmosphere for reading or watching our fav tv show. Our sleek scandinavian bedside table dutifully cradles our water tumbler, an assortment of whimsical odds and ends, and, of course, our trusty phone! 📱🌿 Both our wall lights and bedside table were purchased from Taobao. During our pre-wed holiday trip to Korea, we stumbled upon a luxurious king-size bed from Serta. It was love at first sight. A trusted brand, frequently employed by hotels, assured us of both comfort and durability. The bed’s plushness invites us to sink into its embrace after a long day and we knew that we had to include Serta in our shortlist. Our master bedroom now boasts two distinct types of bedsheets: Tencel and Bamboo. We’re on a cozy experiment—swapping between Tencel and Bamboo sheets to discover which one lulls us into dreamland more effectively. Stay tuned for our verdict! Our storage solution? Full flush cabinets. These discreet built-ins keep clutter at bay, maintaining the room’s clean lines. No handles disrupt the serene surfaces—just smooth, seamless cabinetry. We’re no strangers to warmth, and husband perspires profusely even in the gentlest of summer breezes. To beat the heat, we’ve strategically placed two standing fans in our room. Our standing fans are like old friends—reliable, yet with their quirks. The soft breeze they create contrasts amusingly with their wobbly legs 🌀🌬️ A 55-inch TV graces one corner of the room. Whether we’re catching up on our favorite shows or enjoying a movie night, this entertainment hub adds a touch of modernity. The TV’s sleek lines blend seamlessly with our carpentry.
