Welcome to Loafy Haus! We spent hours scrolling through Pinterest and Instagram, hunting for the perfect entryway inspiration. Ultimately, we decided that we want to segregate the entryway with glass blocks and flooring since the rest of the house has a more seamless flow. Remember our first post? We added glass blocks in entryway as our parents are quite adamant about Feng Shui. Having a partition prevents good energy and fortune from rushing out through the windows across. The finished look – A skylight floods the space with natural light, which bounces off the warm walnut cabinetry that stretches to the ceiling, cleverly concealing the bomb shelter and additional storage. A terracotta boucle chair adds a touch of convenience, perfect for slipping on our shoes. Custom built-in carpentry provide extra storage for shoes and other knick knacks - perfect for keeping the house neat and organised. Follow us on Communa app and our socials as we reveal more corners of our space! :)
