  • Starting the post with an overview of our narrow entryway! Our entryway is seamlessly integrated into our dining and kitchen area.
  • A closer look to the ambient hanging light which we switch on if we know we are coming back late at night - it definitely feels better coming back to a dimly lit home vs it being completely pitch dark!
  • Having hanging decor which is still well flushed to the wall could be a way to decorate narrow entryway due to space constraints.
  • Another example of a decor we have for the entryway! Also with multiple light switches in homes these days, we find these light labels very useful!
  • We have a cosy nook at our entryway where we can wear our shoes..
  • .. but here's a secret! It also hides a window which we have covered up with a swing door.
  • Having a narrow entryway also means we need to maximise shoe storage space. We highly recommend letting your ID know to build adjustable tracks to maximise the space within the shelves, and to request for additonal planks too! An entryway is also an insight to the rest of the home, so we made sure to capture the colour scheme right from the start! Let us know if we did well at our IG @thedeeshive!
