  • The central space in my home that exudes a vibrant charm where most of the conversations with family and friends take place over gathering and meals. The living room is characterised by mismatched pieces of furniture and playful hues that is tied nicely together with the use of greys and metal textures, as well as the wood grain of the floor and sofa.
  • This corner is brightened up with the use of lights to create mood, and wall art to add a dash of character. I love to bend chrome finishes with other colours in order to bring about a contrast to textures so that the space is kept lively and inviting. Adding in some plants help to breathe life the space as well.
  • Entering the home through the main door reveals the mini bicycle and skateboard garage which lies adjacent to the living room and gives a sense of integration. The space is utilised creatively and maximised to avoid clutter and ensure the skateboards and bicycle are stowed neatly away.
  • Facing the sofa is the essential TV for catching up on shows, movies, dramas and the like. I also believe it is an area which has a ton of potential to exhibit display pieces like decorative speakers, lights, poster art and other trinkets.
  • Plants add a beautiful touch to any given space I have opted for low maintenance plants to minimise insects flying into my home, and also needed to place them near the windows so that they receive ample light. I love to use metal textures and greys to tie in the look of my home which you will see as a common theme that runs throughout the other areas in my home. Pops of colour add a tinge of playfulness to the space which adds to the inviting vibe that emanates throughout the living room.
