Hi everyone, welcome into our humble abode, we are a DINK couple with a pet bunny, living in a 5 room BTO somewhere in the Northeast. We have engaged the help of an ID, and our reno cost is about 40,000, pretty budget friendly! Our living room is focused a lot on making it bright and having that muji vibes, with wood feature wall for our TV and the same for our tv console. We chose a black leather sofa for practical purpose. We love our day curtain with give a soft touch to the entire living room and also the cushion covers give it that pop of colour. We created a wall at the entryway for privacy purpose and of course, we must have a niche like most households these days. A lot of the items here meant a lot to us. Some of it are wedding gifts and the little heart jar on top is filled with saga seeds with a diamond heart pendant from my husband to me. Another of my favourite decoration would be the elephant at the bottom right corner, which I got from the airport in Vietnam when I was on a work trip. I love to cook and my husband loves to eat so the kitchen is our playground. A huge fridge is a non-negotiable, and we retained the wood textures for our top cabinets. I wanted something different for our kitchen cabinets so we choose a blueish-grey laminate for the bottom shelves. Subway tiles is a must for me! We also love our white quartz kitchen top but it does stain quite a bit, a lot of maintenance is required. I love my spices and condiments, it is great to have them on display so I can reach out for them easily too. They are also arranged by colour and height. I work from home almost 100% of the time so my work desk is literally the place I spend the most time in aside from my bed . I really love the gaming chair from Martian Gear, it is comfortable and quite lasting! My wall is filled with postcards, , quotes and pictures that are precious to me. This is our walkway, we kept it really simple with nothing on the wall except... a post it note. We chose a darker grey for our wardrobe since we wanted a space that is slightly darker, with some contrast compared to our living room. The choice of a warm light really helps to make the space a lot more cozy. This is our bathroom and we kept it really minimal too. My husband loves black so we kept with black fittings, rain shower is a must! Last but also the most important, please say hi to our bunny! He is turning 3 this year and such a sweet boy. Don't worry I have asked for his consent to be here albeit with a bribe of his favourite treat.
