Living room is one my favourite spot in the house. Since I spend most of my time in my living area, I ensure that my living room is cosy. And of course, I love cosy vibes! To ensure that my living area is cosy, I make sure to use warm colours and furnished the space with soft furnishing. I don't like my living room to look cluttered therefore I have minimal decor.
This coffee table size is just nice for my living room. It has a diameter of 80cm and it is made of marble. Since I wanted a lux theme, I thought why not get myself a marble coffee table as it gave a lux look for the living space. Also, the dark brown colour with white & beige streaks matches well with the living room’s decor!
I love odd shape mirrors! I bought this curvy mirror to act as a statement piece for the house! I like how this mirror gave a funky look to the living area. It also helps to make the living space not to look “boring”.
I have asked my ID to install a built in tv console and also to run wires behind the wall so it look neat when I install my TV. I chose a neutral colour for my tv console to match with the aesthetic of the living space.
Lastly, soft furnishing! For this 2nd edition living room’s layout, I bought a round carpet instead of rectangle. Since I place my sofa in such a way that the area looked more “squarish”, having a round carpet will help to “smoothen” the overall look of the living area. I have also installed a “S-line” curtain to have that hotel feel aesthetics. I love how my curtains goes well with my living area.
