Living Room | Simple and Stylish | 5rm BTO in Tampines

Hello from @sofeehee! We are excited to join Season 7 of the HipVan Community Ambassador program. Glad to introduce our Living Room as our first post today! This is our 5-room BTO (113 sqm), and our theme is simplicity, spaciousness, and coziness.

We are a couple living here, but since family and friends sometimes visit, we chose a large U-shaped sofa. With our wireless home theater sound system, we enjoy great sound when watching TV.
We prepared a low-pile carpet so we can sit on the floor, lean back on the sofa, and enjoy food with a low coffee table. The sofa is made of full leather for easy maintenance, and the headrests can be adjusted for extra space. We purchased it from JB.

We designed a full-height feature wall and a movable TV console for easy management and to hide any wires from the TV and other electronic appliances. We also installed small fans in the TV console to keep the temperature cool inside, as it houses our smart home hub and gaming console.
