For my 3-bedder unit, the semi-enclosed kitchen was definitely a challenge. Working with its existing layout and without any renovation, we are focusing on optimising storage, workflow, and efficiency. Dealing with the constraints of a compact kitchen can be daunting, but we're determined to transform it into an efficient space that makes cooking and meal prep a comfortable experience.
To the left stands our reliable Samsung refrigerator that provides ample storage for perishables. The fridge is placed conveniently near the rest of the kitchen appliances, contributing to a seamless cooking workflow. The convenient magnetic to-do list and compartments keep us on track and ensure our essential tools are always within reach and organised.
The top portion of the kitchen is equipped with sleek white cabinets that have a modern, minimalist design. They provide ample storage without overwhelming the space. The neutral colour helps keep the kitchen feeling open and uncluttered. Adding under-cabinet lighting was a thoughtful touch that's made a huge difference. It's not just functional – it's also a warm welcome to our kitchen.
Everything has its place, from the utensils to the spice containers and the plate organiser. The arrangement is designed for both convenience and style, blending functionality with thoughtful design touches.
Our countertop is well-utilised with a few kitchen essentials placed in a neat row. There are air fryer, a rice cooker, a blender and Aeroccino3 Milk Frother , all accessible but not overly crowded. The overhead towel holder keeps the surface clear, maintaining a clutter-free workspace.
