Welcome to our little corner of magic, aka 'Potterhome.' Here’s where the magic really comes to life. The glass door opens into our personal world of inspiration, where every inch - from the black-and-white patterned floor to the "Potterhome" wall - keeps the magic flowing. It is also where we make muggle tasks feel a little more enchanting. Also, by knocking down some walls and installing a bi-fold glass door and glass partitions, we were able to let in much more natural light. Certainly, it makes the space look brighter during the day. This corner of our home office is our favourite! It’s like stepping into a little piece of the wizarding world without leaving our muggle life behind. But this space is more than décor - it’s where we feel most connected to our love for all things wizarding. 
The customized glass shelves from Display for Fun are the stars of this setup, showcasing all the magical collectibles that make this space feel special. This nighttime view of our home office shows how the space transforms after dark. The illuminated glass shelves cast a soft glow over our collection of magical items. This cozy corner is where we can escape for a moment of peace between tasks. The comfy tatami, paired with the “Expecto Patronum” pillow, is where we can relax and recharge. The window brings in lots of natural light, and the greenery outside makes this spot feel even more peaceful. On the floor, you’ll see a Harry Potter rug I made myself using punch needle. 😊 The following is our mini collection. Each item is a reminder of the stories we love and the world of wonder we’ve brought into our everyday space. Mr Tan’s enthusiasm for Harry Potter, especially, has spark our collection’s growth. Here’s the more practical side of the space, where all the work gets done. The setup is simple and functional with ergonomic table and chairs to keep things comfortable and efficient. The green walls and natural light make it feel open and calm. This is my personal work corner, where function meets a bit of fun. My desk setup is simple but efficient, with everything within arm’s reach - my keyboard, iMac and even my Nintendo Switch. The warm glow from the little lamp on the side adds a cozy touch, and the hanging lamp above gives the space a bit of character. It’s the perfect spot to stay productive while keeping a relaxed vibe, with little personal touches. 
We love hanging out here, whether we are griding away or just chilling. The ergonomic table is a game changer since its adjustable, so we can switch between standing and sitting whenever we want. To create a workspace that’s both functional and fun, start with the essentials: a comfy ergonomic chair and desk. Keep your go-to items within arm’s reach to make work smoother, and don’t forget to add personal touches like your favourite figurine or something you’ve made - it makes the space feel more “you.” For a cozy vibe, use soft lighting, and set up a little break area nearby, like a comfy chair.
