  • Hello everyone! This is Project home: EUG & ZH and you can find us on ig @eugohome_! We have just moved into our 4-room BTO home in Fernvale this June 2024, and we love our cozy 93sqm home that was put together with our best id from Tidplus designs! Our renovation fee was ~$60k and we spent another ~$40k on appliances and furnishing. We enjoyed our renovation journey thoroughly, where we shared and put in thought into every single space to maximize storage in our Modern Minimalist home. We had a clear vision from the start: bright, airy, clean and timeless. As we progressed, we realized we didn’t like much of patterns (no marble for him, and no woodgrains for her), hence the choice of very simple, plain laminates and countertop!
  • We had many carpentries built around functionality, where every item has a home. All our daily neccessities are within easy reach, yet uncluttered as we have them concealed like for instance our fluted glass cabinet at our dry pantry!
  • Our way to start our mornings is definitely coffee, and having an aesthetic Smeg coffee maker is a great plus! We love love love the aroma of coffee in our home!
  • This is our living room, where we wind down from a long day, and also host family and friends for the best conversations! We kept things simple by having our 65”inch LG TV flushed on a partition built wall that was extended through our living space to give a flawless look. All wires are concealed behind our partition wall, and we loved the end result, clean & sleek!
  • Our newest addition to our living room is a preserved floral arrangment that also works as a diffuser. We got this custom arrangement from our wedding florist, you can find her on ig @thebloomingpalette.
  • For our kitchen, we have a simple galley style kitchen that extends out into our dining room. We love the subtle curves that our ID designed to frame our otherwise plain recessed wall. We love our long countertop surface that we use for meal preps, and the other side for cooking and washing.
  • We use Kompacplus for our countertop and we both like how minimal looking and easy maintenance Kompacplus is!!
  • Our kitchen connects to our dry pantry / dining room with a curved functional storage. We love that we are still connected to our guests while preparing meals!
  • Our dining room setup has our dry pantry as the backdrop, where we keep our utensils, glassware and booze to host our guests! We chose an oval table as we didn’t want any corners to hinder good company with good food!
  • We had a structure wall in the middle of the house so the wall can’t be gone. We worked around it and created an arch through the hole concept for our study room! We love the privacy we get away from the hustle and bustle, yet staying connected to the living space when we want to. Looking forward to share more about our home! Do follow us on @eugohome_ to see what we have been cooking, shopping and beautifying our home! 💓
