Welcome to our living room! Our 4 room BTO living fits a 2.5 seater leather sofa nicely. Instead of having a rug due to maintenance, we placed a cloud shaped coffee table in the middle. 
We kept our living room simple with less build-ins, except for the settee by the side. 
We styled our book shelf with lots of knick knakcs from our travel. This taobao bookshelf is a great addition to our living room. As we have a huge family, we like to have extra seating around our living room. This settee is a great way for extra guests and also act as an additional storage for us too! We opted for a leather sofa as it is easier to wipe down and clean as compared to a fabric sofa. Leather sofa also seems to be cooler in our climate. This is a recliner sofa which is also great for movie nights.
