Our simple guest room and future recreation room

We've always wanted a guest room because our previous home only had 2 bedrooms so we did not have the space to let anybody sleep over. Now we have a spare room which is our guest room/dog room/future recreation room as I have plans to get a projector and make this into our second living room so that we both have our own cosy corners to watch dramas. Our whole house is painted white except the rooms where we went with Swansdown by Nippon Paint for a cosier and warmer vibe.
This was how the room looked like when we bought the place. To save costs, we retained the original parquet flooring and did a polish and cleaning job to make it look newer.
When no one is staying with us, it is a sofa for us to sit and watch dramas.
When we have a guest staying with us, it can be opened up to become a flat and comfortable bed with a cushioned head rest. This room also has a pool view. We kept the set-up simple in this room with movable furniture as this room may be converted into a baby room if our family expands in future.
