Welcome to our unconventional kitchen! We decided to go with an all-white kitchen as our open kitchen is an extension of our living room which is mainly white and wood and white makes the space looks bigger. We also intentionally chose to omit top cabinets from our kitchen to allow more light to shine through so our kitchen will look brighter and more spacious. The most iconic product in our entire kitchen is this Franke Smart Deco Hood. It features a very simple and curved design that matches the rest of our kitchen. Our open kitchen allows us to have full view of the living room so it is easy to interact with our kids or guests even when we are cooking. At the end of our kitchen, we have a simple beverage nook where we get our dose of coffee/tea/milo. Many may ask if white kitchen is hard to maintain and if we have any tips to maintain our white kitchen but our answer is, maintenance is definitely harder as every minor stain will look very obvious on white cabinets and countertop. However, we like that stains are very visible because it will remind us to do spot cleaning the moment the cabinets are dirtied and we won’t end up with permanent stains on our cabinets. So far we have no regrets to having a white kitchen this is definitely one of our favourite room at home ❤️❤️
