  • Step into our vibrant playroom! We designed this space with bold, cheerful colors to keep our two kids excited and happy. We chose not to include any carpentry, leaving the room flexible for the future—whether it becomes their bedroom or a cozy guest room.
  • Obsessed with the Trofast storage system! I do my best to organize each basket by toy type, but let’s be honest—keeping it that way is practically impossible. At least it easily hides the mess! We use the Kallax system to store books and some random items, but the kids definitely have more toys hidden away in other rooms 🤣
  • The CCTV is a new addition—I never had one even when the kids were babies, but I impulsively bought it to keep an eye on them when I have to work late. I also put together a tray of ‘essentials’ with lotion, tissue, wet wipes, and disinfectant.
  • Here’s a closer look at the Trofast system. The transparent containers are supposed to hold color pencils and crayons, but they’re always going missing and never found! I truly don’t understand how this keeps happening.
  • Here’s another angle of the playroom. The door leads to the bathroom we showed in last week’s post. We kept the other side of the room relatively bare so we can lay down a mat, or the kids can zoom around with their ‘vehicles’
  • Here’s another angle of the playroom! You might spot some old birthday decor in the mix. The larger backdrop was carefully wrapped and brought over from our previous home. It’s great to see a touch of the past in our new space.
