  • Hello, everyone! We love sharing our renovation journey to our #punggoHField home, along with some tips, cost, plans & processes! White minimalist theme is what we go for with a tinch of rose gold for our kitchen side & yellow gold for our living room. What we love most is our movable kitchen island & a private dining room with an 'English' style door design. Our total reno cost is about $25k for our 4 room BTO ♡ Our aim is lesser things made/purchase, lesser things to clean!
  • We painted the gate white with Nippon Paint Bodelac 9000 semi-gloss. We wiped, sand it, and did 2 coatings. Laminating the wooden door to white as so that it matches with our theme. We love white! This is because we could spot any dirt easily and we felt at ease and more comfortable. A Monsterra plant were added along with the cobblestone pattern floor-mat from Daiso, enhances the looks of our entryway. The door number was customized and we picked arch design due to the sleek look! The door digital lock that we got is from Singgate! It has free installation and 2 years warranty! I can unlock it using WIFI at anywhere and it has a camera feature too! At the same time we can communicate via the digital lock as well! This is basically all-in-one!
  • We love it of how we do not have a coffee table. We felt that in order to maintain the sofa by preventing having food or drinks stain around, it could last longer. In addition, we would not need to clean much and worry about crumbs struck in between! No coffee table meaning, one less furniture to clean and to dust off.
  • If you can see from the previous photo, the rug is now moved to the center of the living room. We like how we can move the rug around freely without worrying of lifting any coffee table. As for the wall that we placed the TV, I put on a white fabric which I sealed with sewing glue (hence I do not have to stitch the side to get the neat look) and put it on a white extension rod from Forty Two. This is to cover all the wires and plugs! Now it looks neat and no wires can be seen!
  • Hence this is the overall look! The flexibility of the rug that can be moved around, it can make the place look spacious too and it all depends on where you placed it.
  • The raw photos before renovation!
  • The design that I drew out to show to my ID.
  • The place where they placed a board as so that it is easier for us to put the TV.
  • Do look forward on the upcoming post as we spill the tea on how we did our private dining room and movable kitchen island!
