  • This condo was old and dull, but we gave it a fresh new look that shows who the owners are. They love wood color and they chose some modern minimalist furnitures that goes well with the modern carpentry style. They wanted a space that feels warm and cozy, because that's how a home should be!
  • The 3d views are carefully curated to fully show what the client would be expecting when the project is done.
  • The 3d. Even though certain colors or items change in the final outcome, the look and feel of the space is still achieved.
  • An elegant entryway to welcome the owners and guest in, with a nook to collect their keys that doubles as a shoe cabinet below.
  • The minimalist furniture complements the clean white walls, and the subtle egg shell colored wall paint.
  • The welcoming entryway has the warmth elegance of the dark wood and a breakfast counter to entertain guest, with its wide countertop to ensure there's always space for any sort of gathering
  • One of the requirements for this bare wall was to incorporate a way to have lots of storage space, we've also decided to provide them not only hidden storage but also display shelves to fully allow them to exhibit their personalities
  • A beautiful minimalist shelf is added in the bedroom, adjacent to their study table. To further add character and going with the theme of the warm wood, a timber slat divider also added in order for them to hide their printer and cables behind
  • The former compact study room has been converted into an open wardrobe system with a vanity table.
  • Work in progress. We had to rewire and replan the routes for all the plumbing and electrical to ensure that the Interior has a clean slate to work with.
  • The minimalist approach to the home was brought into the bedroom, with a cozy side table which is enough for some books and maybe even a cup of tea. A nice bright reading light further adds to the ambiance and the sensibility of the space.
  • We gave a pocket door for the entrance to the sleeping area of the master bedroom, in order to separate the small vestibule which branches of to the bathroom and walk in closet.
  • A 3D model was generated to closely align with the client's specifications before finalizing the design. This allowed clients to envision the space in the early stages of the design process. The imported light from overseas had a lead time of 2 months, underscoring the importance of ensuring its compatibility with the design before making the purchase.
  • A generously sized double sink was requested. The bathroom was distinguished by deep blue tiles arranged in a soldier course pattern.
  • The bathroom features a large vanity mirror flanked by lights, and the same warm wood color to the shelves. The clean lines of the bathroom brings a sense of calm and the bright blue wall tiles invigorates the space.
