Hello! Our arch at our living room corridor is always a conversational starter whenever someone enters our home. We incorporate a lot of different shades of green and wooden tones in our home for a mid-century modern look. 
With much green going on in our home, we went with a toned-down laminate for a part of our kitchen. This is our pantry area. Our kit kat tiles were a last-minute decision to be used as a backsplash and they are purchased all the way from China via Taobao. Our dining lights featured here is also from Taobao. Another angle of our dining area, you can see how our LED light highlighted the kit kat tiles being used as a backsplash. We kept our appliances mainly to be chrome (stainless steel) and cream shade. Our settee is an overlooked area by our guests but it stores a lot of our "junk" and "knick knacks" inside these storage settees. Keeping to our green theme, we used Formica Green Slate laminate for our settee. 
This is the floor plan of our 93 sqm 4 room BTO flat.
