I love home decor. This was one of the reason why I started a home account 😆 Since my house is mostly neutral colours, I will choose home decor items that is able to coordinate with the neutral colours or something with a pop of colour. I personally feel that it will help to elevate the room space. Home decor doesn't have to be just vases or wall art. It can be a rug, a stool or a mirror. It can also act as a statement piece for your house. When I first move in, the home decor in the picture above was the first few pieces i decorate my house with. I wasn't sure with what I want or how I want to style my house. But I believe when comes to home decor, you have to take one step at a time.
It was almost Eid festive season when i just started to move in. I didn't have time to decor my house hence I bought those lights from ikea to put as a deco 😆
Mirror! I love mirrors. One of the tips to make your house look bigger is to install big mirrors. But as for me, I did not install any because I prefer standing mirrors than a mirror that is glued to the wall. I love odd shape mirrors just like the one above. It gave you a funky look for your living space!

Another great home decor is to DIY! I create my very first canvas 3D wall art! It was a tedious process but it was worth it!
Another home decor that I have in my home are my plants! At first I was hesitant on getting plants but with its colour and size, i find that plants make a cute home decor too 🌱.

This is my current home decor setting in my living area. I’m still learning how to style my home. Another tip is, don't be afraid to mix and match your home decor as there is no right or wrong!
