Living in a small home means we do not have a service yard. Our balcony is slightly longer than the other units available in the development, hence it is perfect to house our steigen! 
Strategically placed our washing machine here so we can cut across our study to the balcony to dry our clothes! 
Hiding all our laundry necessities just beside our washer for easy access! Great suggestion by our ID
