Transform your bedroom with this DIY ‘Floating Bed’ light trick!

We came across this cool ‘floating bed’ effect and thought it would be fun to try a DIY project to recreate it.

The process was pretty simple: We affixed the light strip to the underside of the bed frame, ensuring it was securely attached.
After plugging it in, we synced it with the Tapo app to experiment with colours, brightness, and effects. The app also offered a range of pre-set scenes, like a sunrise or an underwater ambiance (next pic) to set the perfect mood.
