Warm and Cozy Kitchen: A Daily Ritual of Comfort

Welcome to my kitchen, where warmth and comfort come together seamlessly. The rich walnut wood creates a homely ambiance, while adjustable lighting sets the perfect mood for any time of day. It’s a space designed for both cooking cozy meals and making daily cuppas.
This view is from the other end of the kitchen, and for this post, we won’t be covering our small service yard area, which is part of the kitchen. As you might have noticed, our kitchen follows an '11' layout design. One side features the induction cooker and other cooking appliances, while the other side is equipped with a water filter, Nespresso machine, basin, drying rack, and a small cup cabinet - it is also an area where we make our coffees and teas.
Coming back outside and zooming into more details, we have a little cabinet on the left side of the fridge, which is facing our living room. This open shelf cabinet is made to put treats and supplements for our dog - something that we access multiple times a day. However, this place can definitely be improved aesthetically, stay tuned as we slowly work on different parts of the house :)
Another little carpentry customisation to fit our daily lives - this tray is so, so useful, we use it multiple times a day to put our (both hoomans and dog) food temporarily.
And this is the area where we would make our coffee and tea.
