Welcome to MistyHaus! This is a 1259sqft 30 year old condo and we've been living here for 1.5 years. We did not have a specific home theme in mind. We just knew we wanted something bright and airy with natural elements, at the same time 'luxe' (asking for too much :p). We are also getting less afraid to introduce accents of black here and there. 
We like the place for its squarish layout, hence we did not hack down many walls etc. The only wall we hacked was the kitchen one to create an open space, allowing easy interactions between the 'bar counter' and dining area. We love the natural light coming through in the day. Still figuring out how to best style this rather big arc shelf. Our kitchen is simple and open. The mini wine/bar area doubles up as additional countertop space which is very useful for prepping meals. Can never get enough of countertop space to house the kitchen appliances. Night view :) Will be posting more so stay tuned! x
