Welcome to @ourtengahaus! Nestled in the heart of Tengah Plantation Village, our 4-room flat embodies the essence of modern wabi sabi - embracing simplicity and natural beauty with a touch of imperfection. Most of our furniture, sourced from Taobao, brings warmth and functionality to our home, creating a peaceful and harmonious space where every corner feels intentional. We have a soft spot for gentle curves, which has inspired us to incorporate them throughout our home to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. One of our favourite features is the curved carpentry cabinet with microcement laminate, paired with our self-painted limewash TV wall and a few carefully chosen loose pieces. Together, these elements perfectly capture the balance of comfort and style that feels so personal to us. We’ve incorporated faux plants and elegant vases to enhance the space, adding a touch of nature that brings warmth to our decor. 
The centrepiece of our home is the niche display in our dining area, a space we thoughtfully crafted by hacking half a room to accommodate our love for enjoying meals while watching TV. This design seamlessly blends dining and relaxation, making it a practical choice for our lifestyle. The display showcases a collection of our aesthetic items, creating a welcoming focal point that enhances the overall atmosphere of our living space. 
Our dry pantry is where we start each morning, preparing our coffee and drinks. For functionality, we positioned the fridge right beside it. Staying true to our white aesthetic for both the pantry and kitchen, it took us some time to find the perfect white matte fridge to complete the look, ensuring both style and practicality come together effortlessly.
