  We understand that not all homes have lift access. Hence, a fee of S$10 per item per non-lift accessible floor is applicable, and this should be settled directly with the delivery team. Our team takes every precaution to deliver your furniture safely, even in challenging conditions.

HipVan’s Cancellation and Warranty Policy

At HipVan, we understand that flexibility is crucial when making significant purchases like dining tables. That's why we've designed our cancellation and warranty policies to be as accommodating and customer-friendly as possible.

• Cancellation Policy

  Changed your mind? No problem! You can cancel your order at no additional charge and receive a full refund for the item(s) you wish to cancel, provided the cancellation is made before your order has been shipped. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please note, however, that once your order delivery has been confirmed via email, delivery costs are non-refundable, and an 18% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the costs we incur in preparing and scheduling your order for delivery.

• Warranty

  We stand behind the quality of our products with a comprehensive warranty policy. All our mattresses come with a 12-year manufacturer’s warranty, and most of our furniture products, including dining tables, are covered under a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty. Should you encounter any issues, we may offer to repair the damaged item. If a repair is not possible, you may choose a replacement of equal or lesser value, or opt for a refund.

  The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including fabric fading and leather creasing.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or lack of proper care.
  • Alterations made by any party not authorised by HipVan.
  • 'As-is' items and display sets.
