Welcome to our housewarming! @Buttercreme.home is a 1248 sqft 5-room BTO flat nestled in the sunny east. Inspired by the mellowness of beige interiors, we've curated our own cream minimalistic home. We opted not to engage an interior designer, as we had a clear vision of what we wanted.
We're fortunate to have an east-facing unit, offering unobstructed views of the sunrise every morning. We've chosen minimal carpentry to maximize space for hosting our friends. Uniform tiles flow seamlessly throughout the entire home, offering both continuity and a refreshing coolness underfoot.
Here’s the floor plan for our unit, which remains mostly unchanged.
In the heart of our home, a dry pantry was created to display our favourite ceramic pieces. We opted for a long dining table to accommodate frequent gatherings with our friends.
Venturing into the kitchen, a sintered stone countertop seamlessly extends into the backsplash, ensuring minimal maintenance—perfect for us as we both love to cook.
Our wardrobe/vanity area is designed to be simple and clutter-free, creating a calming space to start our mornings.
To ensure clutter-free countertops in our common and master bathrooms, we installed niches specifically for soap bottles. Additionally, integrated sinks were also selected to ensure ease of maintenance. In our master bathroom, we opted for a concealed rain shower, not only for its seamless appearance but also for a better bathing experience.
