Welcome to our kitchen - probably our favorite part of home! We have always wanted a bright & airy kitchen, inspired by the modern farmhouse design with shaker styles and subway tiles for our backsplash that complements well with the herringbone vinyl flooring and wooden-look quartz counter top. 
This was the first Pinterest picture saved that inspired us to have this dream kitchen! 
We did open-shelves instead of top hung cabinets for cost savings and it also provides a more spacious and open look that amplifies the space. 
We chose golden handles which stands out & contrasts well with our white kitchen cabinets. 
Also not forgetting our favorite part of the kitchen, these glass blocks! The glass blocks originally came with the house which allows light to flow through our kitchen space. And this is how our brightly lit kitchen looks like from afar!
