This segment we focus on our living area! We invested in a good L-shape leather sofa as the centre piece for our chill area. This model is modular and able to be configured into various layouts as desired. It also has storage underneath making it really functional in the long-run.
The house has earthy tones as its base colour theme which helps provide calm and a neutral canvas that allows for us to insert pops of colour and life with the various accessories which we chance upon every now and then. This opens up endless possibilities for decorating and re-decorating which we love to do. Styled below is an easy-care rug to add character to this space.
Definitely had to have some plants. So why not have some with bold striking colours too! We started out with some of these and the collection has grown steadily since. We also picked flower pots with different shapes and sizes to add a quirky element with the variation.
This space transforms into our cosy little relaxation corner once the sun goes down. We're thankful for our neighbourhood which is peaceful and calm late into the night and in the early hours of the morning. Just watching the leaves of our plants gently swaying with the occasional breeze is something we can always look forward to at the end of a long day at work.
In the day, it gives a different look with our IKEA table lamp :)

This is the other half of our living area where we kept things cosy and homely with the main focus of chillin'. The space is wide open with no built-in furniture or carpentry. All moveable and specially curated to be child friendly and befitting of our house theme.
