  • This is our master bedroom and due to a lack of space, we try to optimize every corner of our house. So the master bedroom used to only house a queen size bed and a side table (for the previous owner) but we've converted it into our work corner, bedroom with a super single bed, a four compartment storage drawer that stores my personal belongings and wardrobe!
  • For most of the furniture (like bedside table and desk), we chose to purchase those that came with additional storage drawers so that we can hide our clutter.
  • The desk area! The CPU is placed on the floor tucked nicely in the corner and we chose a slightly smaller table with drawer so that there's additional storage and not clutter the tabletop.
  • I'm using a 27 inch monitor and there's still ample amount of tabletop space :)
  • We didn't build any carpentry since the space is already limited so we opted for a movable wardrobe and storage furniture so that we have the flexibility to reconfigure the space if needed. The wardrobe is from IKEA and you can customize both the internals and externals (for e.g. I opted for 2 clothes rails + one pull-out basket instead of shelves and you can choose the design of the handles as well! But I'd recommend to choose one where you can hang clothes on it instead of the one I chose :/)
  • We sold the old wooden bed frame because it was making weird noises whenever I turned and flipped on the bed and we chose to stack two mattresses instead (the old one was too hard to my liking so I've placed it at the bottom to prop the current one up).
