  • We did a makeover to this aging condo and transformed it into a living room that's a true reflection of its owners. They've sprinkled in their favorite turquoise shades and added some quirky, hand-picked Mid Century furniture to complement the modern straight lines carpentry style. It's all about creating a space that radiates warmth and coziness because, well, every home should feel cosy and snug! -Studio Makal
  • Our proposed design comes complete with 3D renders that offer the closest possible representation of what our clients can expect in their new home. We've painstakingly modeled the precise selection of furniture, lighting, and fixtures that we've thoughtfully chosen.
  • Open shelves with curved corners
  • We've given the private lift lobby a total transformation, now it is bright, inviting, and narrates the unique story of the owners' individuality.
  • Going back in time a little, we meticulously planned the inclusion of the exact proposed furniture, the clients' cherished artwork, and the stylish Nesso table lamp in our model. This allowed us to experiment with the ideal placement of these elements. Our clients even got to experience the ambiance created by our mood lighting concept for the lobby. However, during the ceiling removal process, we stumbled upon a structural beam and some piping that required us to adapt our lighting strategy. To illuminate the artwork effectively, we had to make a quick adjustment, replacing the cove lighting with a strategically positioned downlight.
  • The private lift lobby we encountered during our initial visit was far from inviting. It simply wasn't up to par as the first impression for welcoming guests or homeowners.
  • Originally a small study room, the existing wall was taken down. Installing a large sliding door helps bring in light and give the room a more open-space feeling
  • Proposed design with 3d render
  • The kitchen is now a modern culinary space with graceful curves. A glass door has been added to create a distinction between the yard and rubbish chute area, all while ensuring the abundant flow of natural light throughout the entire space. The minimalist, clean-lined carpentry serves as a soft canvas that harmoniously complements the sleek black frames, a design element that resonates throughout the entire project.
  • As part of our design process, our team presented the proposed space, offering our client an accurate preview of the laminate and quartz choices for their consideration before final approval.
  • Existing kitchen was outdated and in need of revitalisation.
  • Unable to find the perfect open shelving unit, we decided to craft a custom loose shelving cum small pantry within the master bedroom. This design seamlessly harmonises with the overall carpentry style. The master bedroom now functions as a cozy mini-suite, complete with a pantry, television, fridge, and a snug love seat.
  • Our design proposal includes 3D renderings that closely mirror the carpentry and furniture choices. We meticulously sized the TV niche to perfectly accommodate the specific Samsung Art TV chosen by our clients.
  • Existing bedroom hallway with old carpentry. We decided to retain the beautiful golden teak flooring and the solid oak architraves.
  • A private corner with abundant light from the large bay window
  • In the revamped bathroom, the couple will enjoy a "his and hers" setup, complete with top-mounted sinks thoughtfully centered around new openings that seamlessly connect to the master bedroom. This design not only floods the space with natural light but also forges a visual connection between the bedroom and the bathroom, creating a truly unique experience, almost like being in a luxurious hotel bathroom. Drawing from our hospitality expertise, we've tailored this design to cater to our clients' needs and desires.
  • Our design proposal includes vivid 3D renderings that showed what they would experience in this new bathroom - which is the clear view from the operable louvred panels in the bathroom, extending directly across to the bedroom windows on the other side. This rendering was a pivotal element in persuading our clients to embrace the unconventional concept of creating an opening into the bathroom, ultimately giving them a truly distinctive and special bathing space.
  • The existing bathroom was cramped and out of style. We gutted out everything to start a fresh.
