The High Thickness Die-cast Aluminum High Grill Pan features a new El Diamant Profile coating, which provides unprecedented scratch resistance, thanks to silicon carbide (SIC) particles synthesized to achieve diamond-like strength while maintaining the inherent qualities of die-cast aluminum. Tested to last more than 40,000 cycles of use.
